Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Qu Platforms, Inc. ("Qu Platforms", "we", "our", "us"), a Delaware corporation. By creating an account, accessing, or using Qu Review in any form -- including the web app at app.qureview.ai, the ChatGPT App, any Claude integration, or any other MCP-compatible application -- you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Qu Review after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. See Section 11 for details.

2. What Qu Review Does

Qu Review is an independent AI review service. When you submit an AI-generated response for review, Qu Review sends it to a panel of three independent AI models drawn from different providers -- currently including models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Each model evaluates the response from a distinct perspective: Skeptical Analyst, Subject Expert, and User Advocate.

Qu Review synthesizes the panelists' findings into a quality report that includes:

• Scores across five dimensions (Accuracy, Completeness, Depth, Usefulness, and Nuance) on a 1–5 scale
• An overall verdict and qualitative summary
• Identified inaccuracies or gaps in the reviewed response
• Suggested areas for further exploration

The AI providers used for review are intentionally chosen to be independent from the platform originating the conversation, so you always receive a genuinely independent perspective.

Qu Review is available as a web application at app.qureview.ai, as a ChatGPT App, as a Claude integration, and through any MCP-compatible application.

4. Account and Subscription

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Qu Review. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may only use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. Children under 13 may not use the service. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it promptly.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at info@quplatforms.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Free Trial

If your subscription included a trial period, access during that trial is provided at no charge. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you have previously held a paid subscription, you may not be eligible for a free trial upon resubscribing.

Billing and Renewal

Qu Review is offered as a monthly subscription billed in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date. By subscribing, you authorize Qu Platforms to charge your payment method on file on each renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe; by providing your payment information you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your card details.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period; you retain access to the service until that date and will not be charged for subsequent periods.

No Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. If you cancel mid-period, you will not receive a refund or credit for any unused portion of that period, regardless of how much of the service you used. We may make exceptions at our sole discretion for significant service failures directly attributable to Qu Platforms.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the change.

5. What You Submit

Your Content

You retain all rights to the AI conversation content you submit to Qu Review for analysis ("Submitted Content"). By submitting content, you grant Qu Platforms a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your review and delivering the results to you. This license terminates once delivery is complete.

No Training on Your Content

Qu Platforms does not use your Submitted Content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model -- not ours and not any of our AI providers'. Submitted Content is processed transiently for review generation and is not retained by our AI providers beyond the duration of that request. This is a firm commitment and is not subject to opt-in or opt-out settings.

Your Identity Is Not Shared

When Qu Review sends your Submitted Content to AI providers for analysis, it sends only the content itself. Your name, email address, account details, and any other personally identifiable information are never disclosed to the AI providers used to generate your review.

Your Representations

By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to share it with Qu Review for the purposes described here. You agree not to submit content that violates any applicable law, infringes any third-party right, or that you are prohibited from disclosing to third-party AI systems (for example, content subject to a confidentiality obligation).

Sensitive Information

Please exercise caution when submitting content that includes sensitive personal information -- yours or others'. The content you submit is passed to third-party AI providers for analysis. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Qu Review only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following are prohibited:

• Automated or bulk submissions -- Standard subscriptions are for personal, interactive use. Submitting reviews via scripts, bots, automated pipelines, or any other programmatic means is not permitted under a standard subscription. If you need automated or high-volume access, contact us to discuss a separate arrangement.
• Reverse engineering -- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract source code, scoring methodology, prompts, or model configurations underlying the service.
• Scraping -- Using automated means to crawl, scrape, or extract data from the service or its outputs at scale.
• Reselling -- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the service or its review outputs as a standalone product or embedded feature without our prior written consent.
• Circumventing access controls -- Attempting to access features, data, or infrastructure you are not authorized to access, or to bypass rate limits, subscription checks, or other service controls.
• Overloading the service -- Taking actions that place a disproportionate burden on service infrastructure or that interfere with other users' access.
• Misrepresenting outputs -- Presenting Qu Review scores or findings in a misleading way, including falsifying results or omitting material context.
• Illegal or harmful use -- Submitting content or using the service in any way that violates applicable law or that could harm others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions, without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property

Qu Review and all its components -- including the name, logo, software, user interface, scoring methodology, review pipeline, and documentation -- are owned by Qu Platforms, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as described here. "Qu Review" and "Qu Platforms" and associated logos are trademarks of Qu Platforms, Inc. and may not be used without our prior written consent.

Review Outputs

Review reports generated by Qu Review may be used for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Sharing individual reports for non-commercial purposes is permitted with appropriate attribution to Qu Review. Incorporating review outputs into commercial products, publishing platforms, or research without our consent requires a separate written agreement.

Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the service, you grant Qu Platforms a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

8. Service Availability

Qu Review depends on third-party AI providers -- currently including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google -- to generate reviews. We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be unavailable or degraded due to:

• Outages, API changes, or policy changes at third-party AI providers
• Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Events outside our reasonable control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the service at any time. We will provide advance notice of material changes where reasonably practicable.

Qu Platforms is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, or the unavailability of third-party AI providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• QU PLATFORMS PROVIDES THE SERVICE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• QU PLATFORMS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON REVIEW OUTPUTS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• IN NO EVENT SHALL QU PLATFORMS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
• QU PLATFORMS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO QU PLATFORMS IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination

By You

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account & Billing in your dashboard. Closing your account cancels any active subscription as described in Section 4; the no-refund policy applies to the current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms or that your use poses a risk to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the service. Termination for cause carries no right to a refund.

If we terminate your account without cause, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any prepaid subscription fees covering the unused portion of your current billing period.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the service ends immediately. Sections 3, 7, 9, 10, 13, and 14 survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email or a prominent notice within the service before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Qu Review after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the service before they take effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qu Platforms with respect to Qu Review and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the same subject matter.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qu Platforms, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Content you submit to the service

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at info@quplatforms.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void.

Exceptions

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims related to intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the service.
